Our two day leadership growth programme is for ambitious leaders seeking the skills they need to grow their business. They have good knowledge on running their current setting and require support to take the business to the next level.

Learning new knowledge is just the first step. The application of that new skills is where change starts to happen.

For example, we train people how to create a business plan. Or we give them the knowledge and then support them to actually create a business plan.

And a marketing plan.

And a recruitment strategy.

And vision, mission and values.

Delegates leave with a clear plan of action.

The two-day programme helps owners create an action plan, and peer-to-peer support helps develop the actions, expert mentoring helps providers overcome barriers.

We have seen the value of mentoring within the early years. Now wraparound providers can access it too.

And with the need for the ongoing sustainability at the end of the National Wrapround Childcare Programme funding period, there is more emphasis than ever on the need for providers to have a financially secure and stable future.

We grew a childcare business from start up to employing 150+ at the time of sale, within 16 settings with a turnover of over £1.5 million.
