Next Steps
In mentoring terms this is sometimes called ‘contracting’. It means agreeing what you want to achieve from mentoring.
The differece between consultancy, mentoring and coaching can be seen as a continuum.
We tend to see it as:
Consultancy - we do it fo you
Mentoring - we tell you how to do it
Coaching - we help you find your own solutions
In reality we are likely to move between all three, but we will work with you to establish which of these approaches is best for you.

Delivery
Together, we will determine what is right for you.
It might be that you want to book ad-hoc sessions when you need them.
Or, you might want to book a package of sessions to lock-in a discounted price.
Or, we might agree that our leadership growth programme is a better choice for you.
We usually meet online using Zoom or Teams and sessions are 1 or 1.5 hours.
You can book sessions at a set time, at the end of each meeting, or contact us when you need a session.

A Typical Session
Each session typically starts with an update of what has happened since the last session.
This might be a review of the agreed actions, and summary of key activities, or a review of an unexpected event.
From there we will determine what is most useful to talk about. You might be working towards a specific goal (such as opening a new club), or you might approach each session with a different subject.
Business strategy, HR matters, new club, team management, lack of personal motivation, finance worries are just some of the topics we have supported people with.
